Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship?

We ship across the USA and Canada. We deliver ourselves within Washington regularly, and occasionally run deliveries to Oregon, California and British Columbia. Buyers are also welcome to arrange free pick-up from our SoDo, Seattle studio.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide a shipping estimate during the inquiry process. Costs vary by piece and shipping address. If we’re able to deliver it without a third party (along the West Coast), shipping costs are lower.

Can I see your pieces in stores?

Yes, you can find Studio Fritz at Furnish Bainbridge (on Bainbridge Island, WA) with more showrooms coming soon. You can also request an appointment to visit our SoDo Seattle studio.

Do you offer a trade program?

Yes, reseller permit required. Please apply here. We also offer a referral commission to designers.

What is the custom process?

We work with you collaboratively to understand your space, design preferences, and accent materials. Production begins only after the CAD design is approved.

Do you work directly with residential buyers?

Yes, we are happy to work with residential buyers directly.

Do you offer custom millwork?

Yes, depending on the project. We do custom built-ins but no cabinetry. Get in touch and tell us about your space.

What is your lifetime guarantee?

We offer a lifetime guarantee on the structural integrity of our pieces, excluding normal wear and patina. Customers are responsible for all transportation costs to and from the studio.

What materials can you work with?

Wood is the foundation of our craft, and we experiment with accents in tinted colour, cord under tension, metal + patina, and upholstery.

Where is your lumber sourced from?

All lumber is sourced from local suppliers, who source their wood mostly in North America.
